Ok guys, you know the drill

We're having another friendly comp on sunday at 12pm. However this time we'll also be opening it up to anyone to come to so everyone can get more experience. Please come along and give it a go, as usual divisions will be decided on the day and it'll be round robin so you can get a smany matches as possible - the aim is to get you more used to th atmosphere of competing so when you go to tournaments that you really wnat to win, it just comes down to your skill rather than how well you deal with tournament pressure.

Oh yeah, this tournament will be in the Gi and with IBJJF rules
