Guys we have confirmed the minor hall for our latest installment of the inhouse competition training.

12-2 pm in PEC

We will only be letting guys fight who are there by 1210h

I cant make it this evening as it looks like I have a lot of work on ...but if anyone wants to train you dont need me for a shark tank!

Guys this was a good event with about 5 blue belts and 8 white belts.
Turnout was slightly low although the event wasnt announced until a few days before and the weather was beautiful.

Good fighting all round and looking forward to the next one...remember we are having our wee fight club on the 3rd sunday of every month.

Next time is supposed to be gi but the weather might dictate otherwise
