Out of all the shark tanks you could do, you do guard passing which would probably have to be my favourite, and im working :cry:.
Happy about yesterday though me and tang had an epic roll really enjoyed it. So that makes up for it...a bit.

I'm pretty sure Shark Tank is basically, 1 person in the tank, and everyone else lines up and goes in 1 or 2 minute turns of everyone jumping guard on the guy in the middle and he has to break, pass and submit or try his hardest until the time goes, then it's next person. Once that's done, you change the person in the "tank" until everyone has had a turn at fighting everyone in quick succession. That's what we did last week anyway.

You've got the right idea keith except it's not necessarily a guard passing drill.

The shark tank concept is simply one person doing a certain sparring excersise with a different fresh person every minute. For example some of you may remember me doing this in preparation for the mma league in november - if i remember right i had james, rory, matt, paul c and prezemek so i would do one minute mma sparring with each and then at the end of the minute the next guy would immediately come on and keep fighting. (Note you always try and have the total time be the same as one round/match in the event you're preparing for)

As well you would often instruct the guys coming in to go at a much higher pace and pressure than normal to specifically push your cardio and endurance.
