Merry Christmas ladies and gentleman
This has been another strong year for the club with dominant performances in grappling events in the UK and Ireland.

We have attracted a lot of new members and the club has grown to have consistent numbers on a regular basis.

The new year is starting pretty much with the Northern Ireland open and hopefully we will continue to be sucessful.
