Not the latest of newses but will done to James "the Willard" in destroying his opposition during the recent Judo grading and being awarded his green belt.

There are quite a few cats at the club doing Judo now as well to 'supplement their ground game'

While I don't think training in judo is really essential, for those who like to compete I think that it is certainly an advantage...and its a great art to learn in its own right.
